Therapy & Support
These services provide individualized care, group therapy, and family interventions in a safe, confidential setting. We also offer care coordination to help connect clients with needed resources, ensuring comprehensive support that addresses both immediate and long-term goals.
Individual, Group, and Family Therapy
Our clinicians use an integrated, multidisciplinary approach rooted in attachment, family systems, and cognitive behavioral theories. We employ a strengths-based perspective and develop solution-focused treatment plans so clients can monitor their progress over time. As an agency, we believe therapy does not have to span years; rather, clients can enter and exit treatment according to their needs, with our team always ready to support them in achieving and maintaining mental wellness.
Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health
Our infant and early childhood mental health services focus on strengthening developmental and social-emotional skills in preschool-aged children. By collaborating with preschool teachers and caregivers, we support children in developing the foundational skills needed for enhanced learning and social interactions.
Our clinicians observe and assess each child’s progress, then create an individualized plan tailored to their unique needs. This plan targets areas where a child may benefit from additional support, and our team works with them either individually or in a group setting—to practice and reinforce these skills.
We also provide consultations in infant and early childhood mental health. Our clinical providers work closely with preschool and kindergarten teachers to foster classroom environments that support social-emotional learning. Teachers receive training on strategies for enhancing emotional regulation, promoting positive peer interactions, and building resilience in young learners. These consultations introduce activities designed to encourage self-awareness, healthy emotional expression, and effective conflict resolution.
Perinatal Mental Health
We offer comprehensive mental health support for individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Our clinicians, who are specially trained in perinatal mental health, provide both individual and group therapy sessions to address the unique emotional, psychological, and social challenges that can arise during this critical life transition. Treatment may focus on issues such as mood changes, anxiety, and adjustment to parenthood, with a goal of fostering resilience and equipping clients with healthy coping strategies.
Care Coordination
As a behavioral health agency well-versed in public health promotion and prevention strategies, we understand how social determinants of health affect positive health outcomes. This understanding drives our decision to include care coordination services as part of our continuum of care. Our care managers work with clients to secure housing, transportation, and other basic needs that significantly influence overall health.
